ไปที่ Start > Program>Microsoft Office>Microsoft Outlook 2007

ตั้งค่า E-mail ไปที่เมนู Tools >Account Setting...

คลิกปุ่ม New...

กําหนดการปรับแต่งค่าดังนี้

  • ช่อง your Name: ใส่ชื่อและนามสกุลเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
  • ช่อง E-mail Address: ใส่ E-mail Address ของท่านลงไป เช่น account@ku.ac.th
  • ช่อง Password: ใส่ password ของ account บนเครือข่าย nontri.ku.ac.th ของท่านลงไป
  • เลือก Manually configure sever settings or additional server types
  • จากนั้นคลิก Next

เลือก Internet E-mail จากนั้น คลิก Next

กําหนดการปรับแต่งค่าดังนี้

  • ช่อง your Name: ใส่ชื่อและนามสกุลเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
  • ช่อง E-mail Address: ใส่ E-mail Address ของท่านลงไป เช่น account@ku.ac.th
  • ช่อง Account Type: เลือก POP3
  • ช่อง Incoming mail server: ใส่ nontri.ku.ac.th
  • ช่อง Outgoing mail server (SMTP): ใส่ nontri.ku.ac.th
  • ช่อง User Name: ใส่ account บนเครือข่าย nontri.ku.ac.th
  • ช่อง Password: ใส่ password ของ account บนเครือข่าย nontri.ku.ac.th ของท่านลงไป
  • จากนั้นคลิก More Setting...

กําหนดการปรับแต่งค่าดังนี้

  • เลือกเมนู Outgoing Server
  • เลือก My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
  • เลือก Log on using ใส่ account และ password ลงไปในช่อง
  • จากนั้นคลิก OK

  • จากนั้นคลิก Next

จากนั้น คลิก Finish

คลิก Close

 
( 11 )

คลิกที่ Inbox และ ปุ่มSend/Receive เพื่อ Check Mail

( 12 )

เมื่อเริ่มใช้งานระบบ Microsoft Outlook 2007 POP3
จะมีการยืนยันตัวตน ให้ใส่ Account และ Password แล้วคลิกปุ่ม OK
